The Site is created, operated and controlled by the Scouts, Friends and Parents of BSA Troop 637 in Sedalia, State of Colorado, United States of America and from no other location.   BSA Troop 637 makes no representations that the materials in the Site are available or appropriate for use in other locations.  Those who access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern this Site, these terms and conditions and any dispute related thereto, without regard to choice of law rules. You hereby consent and agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Douglas County, State of Colorado.  Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all of these Terms, including without limitation this paragraph.
